Born in Anaheim, California, Oscar spent a significant part of his childhood in Mexico, immersing himself in the rich culture and becoming bilingual in English and Spanish. It was upon his return to the United States at the age of 8 that he learned English.
Oscar's educational journey led him to The Dalles, Oregon, where he graduated from The Dalles High School in 2007. Eager to pursue higher education and continue his passion for soccer, he enrolled at Clark College, where he not only furthered his studies but also showcased his skills on the soccer field.
After completing college, Oscar returned to The Dalles and embarked on a career at Dean Dollarhide's in June of 2011. It was here that he found love and companionship, marrying his wife Sharyl. Together, they are proud parents to six daughters: Alexia, Ari, Lily, Samantha, Alejandra, and Briana.
While juggling the responsibilities of his career and being a devoted father, Oscar also finds time to pursue his hobby and passion for coaching soccer. He firmly believes that competitive sports can equip children with valuable tools and life lessons that will pave the way for their success in the future.

With a particular focus on showing sheep and goats, Myah's commitment to excellence led her to compete at the county, state, and national levels. After graduating from Hood River Valley High School in 2020, she continued her academic journey at Columbia Gorge Community College, where she earned three associate degrees: Associate of Science, Associate of General Studies, and Associate of Art.
